Ali Alkadhimi
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Ali brings a host of experience from previous roles within the private sector, beginning in Civil, Energy and Infrastructure regulatory positions for ESB, Turner & Townsend and NBI before progressing to various senior Director roles. Ali followed his MA in structural engineering with an MA in Business Administration from Washington, and he is an award-winner for his innovative involvement in numerous multi-billion euro large infrastructure civil projects, with particular mention of his client focus .

Aws Vidal
Director of Operations
Aws is a Senior Project & Operations Manager with extensive experience delivering large-scale development and complex live event operations in safety-critical environments. He has played a key role in €52m stadium development projects, overseeing venue operations, infrastructure delivery, and large-scale event execution.

Aws holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, bringing strong technical expertise alongside strategic and operational leadership. He is recognised for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

IT Director
Zubair holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and serves as AAStructural’s Director of IT and AI. With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, he leads the development and integration of advanced digital solutions that support the company’s engineering and operational excellence.
